Mega Musik Gymnasium in Helsingborg is looking for an engaged and inspiring teacher with qualifications in Swedish combined with another subject (e.g., Physical Education, History, English, or Social Studies).

We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with young musicians in a creative and developmental environment where musicality and pedagogical commitment are at the center. Job Details

The position is a temporary assignment (vacation replacement) for the autumn term of 2026. It is a full-time position (100%). The content of the role will be adapted based on the applicant's competence and experience.

About Us

Mega Musik Gymnasium is an independent music high school located in central Helsingborg. Founded in 2000, we have provided upper secondary music education for 25 years. Our profile focuses on pop and rock, and we offer instruction in the main instruments: bass, electric guitar, guitar, piano, vocals, and drums.

Students develop both musically and personally in a creative and professional environment. We value collaboration, good relationships between teachers and students, and a teaching climate characterized by engagement, drive, and musical curiosity.

Our school culture is family-like, and we highly value our psychosocial work environment; we believe that well-being and participation are fundamental to doing a good job. Our staff turnover is low, and several of the teachers who were part of the founding team still work here today. We have 48 spots per grade level, and currently, 143 students attend the school.
